We know Medicare.

We take the mystery out of Medicare.

As lifelong Missoula residents, Tony Mangan and Richard "Rich" Reich, offer more than 45 years of combined insurance experience. We want to make sure you are in the plan that is right for you. We pride ourselves on making sure that your questions are answered now, and if your needs change.

Social Security recommends you sign up for Medicare 3 months before the month you turn 65 years of age. Your Medicare benefits will start the first day of the month before your 65th birthday. Even if you choose to continue working and have health insurance coverage from your work, do not ignore signing up for Medicare. You may not want or need Part B of Medicare, we can help guide you. If you choose to postpone your Social Security benefits, you should still take action. We can help guide you. Protect yourselves. There is a correct path to follow depending on individual needs.

We find that most of our clients choose to enroll in a Medicare Supplement plan (often referred to as a Medigap). Medicare supplements plans are offered by private health insurance companies. These plans help reduce or eliminate any out of pocket costs due to health care received. The Medicare Supplement plans that we offer, allow you to choose any Doctor or medical facility that will accept Medicare. Popular Medicare Supplements include Plan G and Plan F. Usually the best time to enroll in a Medicare Supplement policy is up to 6 months before or during your open enrollment period. This period lasts for 6 months and begins on the first day in which you are both 65 years or older and enrolled in Medicare Part B. Medicare Supplements do not have any monthly restrictions as to when you may apply or change plans. Some Medicare Supplements may offer access into many health clubs. We will advise you and determine which plan will best suit your needs.

Some of our clients choose to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. Medicare Advantage plans differ from a Medicare Supplement plan. Medicare Advantage plans are managed health care plans that serve as a substitute for original Medicare. Medicare Advantage plans have a network of Doctors and Medical facilities to choose from. Medicare Advantage plans may or may not be available in the state and/or county you reside in. Medicare Advantage plans are especially attractive to those on early Medicare under the age of 65. Medicare has strict guidelines as to when an individual may enroll or disenroll. Many Medicare Advantage plans also include a prescription "Part D" plan.

Medicare Prescription "Part D" plans became available to Medicare recipients in 2006. It is not mandatory that an individual enroll in a Part D plan, however, they have helped many folks with their prescription expenses. Part D also has strict guidelines as to when enrollment or disenrollment can occur.

We offer Critical Condition plans also. If you are 18 or over Critical Condition plans can help ease the financial burden should you be diagnosed with cancer, heart attack or stroke. You can receive a lump sum of money in $10,000 increments between $10,000 and $70,000. We still must pay our rent, mortgage, car payment utilities, gas and food.

We offer a UNIQUE insurance policy that helps with DENTAL,VISION, and HEARING expenses at any provider you choose.
